Got A Question? You’re In The Right Place.
First time users please read below before getting started.

Do you have a question for our medical staff? Instead of calling and possibly being placed on hold while we help patients in the office, send us a message online through the NurseLine! Just follow the three easy steps listed below and within a short time, we’ll contact you by phone with a response.
The Details.
Questions regarding over-the-counter medication dosages and common illnesses may be answered on our Medical Doses or Patient Education page, so it’s a good idea to check there first. The NurseLine is not for life-threatening emergencies, medication refills, or to schedule immediate appointments. If you have a life-threatening emergency, dial 911. If you need a medication refill, contact your pharmacy. To schedule an appointment, call our appointment line at (918) 493-1114.
All information is securely transmitted across the Internet with the same technology used by e-commerce websites which process credit cards. Information is also protected under our HIPPA privacy policy. However, as e-mail is not a secure system and therefore not guaranteed private, we can only respond to your questions via telephone.
Submit Your Question
You can submit a question any time, day or night. But remember, return calls are made only during normal business hours and requests received after 4 p.m. may not receive a response until the following business day. Therefore, if you know you need an appointment, or you have an urgent need, please contact the appointment line at (918) 493-1114. Otherwise, follow these simple steps:
- Enter your general information such as patient name and call-back number.
- Choose the category that best fits, enter your symptoms and/or medical question.
- Submit your request.
